We proudly present to our readers the current edition of the International Journal of Advance Research and Innovation. This edition comprises of articles on varied domains such as built environment, boost converter, the textile industry, ergonomics and much more.

Foremost, the case study by P Sanmugam Annamalah and Pradeep Paraman explores ‘The Malaysian Dilemma: Constructing a Sustainable Economy in the Post-COVID-19 Era.’

The importance and need of rating systems worldwide especially LEED for skyscrapers along with the sustainable development goals achieved by them is discussed by Shrutika Sharma and Preeti Nair in their research paper titled ‘Statistical Comparative Analysis of Lead Platinum Rated Skyscrapers’. Vaishali Gupta and Preeti Nair’s research paper titled ‘Reshaping the Image of Indian Pilgrim Tourism- A Case of Vrindavan, Mathura’ is about the development of pilgrimage in India and studies Indian pilgrim sites in context of their built environment to highlight their various issues and problems.

Mukesh Kumar, Manoj Kumar Dewangan, and Maheedhar Dubey in their paper titled ‘Implementation on Modeling and Analysis of Multi Stage with Multi Phase DC-DC Boost Converter’ present a new version of the new Hybrid Boost DC-DC ready to draw power from two different DC sources for standard DC-bus feeds, with its operating principles based on charging pumps and converters of reinforcement series with additional test results to confirm the effectiveness of the proposed converter.

Sahil Kumar, Geetesh Goga and Avtar Singh’s research ‘Application of DMAIC Tool of Six Sigma in Small Scale Industry’ intends to study the manufacturing process of the Indian textile company ‘Dewan textile’ located in Meerut and apply 6 sigma tools to improve processes in various departments and also achieve good finished products apart from improving the profit margin of the company.

‘Various Intensification methods for Adsorption-a review on studies and investigations’ by Rushikesh Vijay Kulkarni, Sunny Vasant Bait, Bhushan Somnath Benke, and SJ Kulkarniaims studies different intensification techniques for the adsorption desorption process.

Tea is a gift from China to the world. It is a popular beverage consumed by almost every person globally, after water. Riya Kukreti, Poonam Rani and Rohit Gautam in their study titled ‘Evaluation of Green Tea Effect on Oral Bacteria, Streptococcus Mutans’ have performed an evaluation of green tea’s effect on the oral bacteria, streptococcus mutans.

There is a large population of disabled working people but a great deal of information is missing or incomplete about their work efficiency. Prashant Ahlawat, Tausif Alam, Vijender Singh,and Roop Lal have tried to fill this gap with their study titled ‘Study of Work Effectiveness of Physically Disabled Workforce through Applied Ergonomics.’

Sumit Dagar and SK Singh’s ‘A Review Study on Environmental Impact of Pulp and Paper Industry’ targets featuring the procedure utilised during paper production, sources and kinds of waste created and treatment choices accessible for improving the nature of waste to be released.

Ch Maheswara Rao, R Vara Prasad and KVenkata Subbaia in their paper titled ‘Study on Effectiveness of HSS and HSS-Cobalt Twisted Drills on Surface Roughness’ focus on the optimisation of drilling parameters by using the Taguchi method for achieving maximum Material Removal Rate (MRR) and minimum Surface Roughness (Ra).

Last but not least, the use of agricultural materials for synthesizing various products is increasing. Ajinkya Bhimrao Bhakare, Sandesh Sanjay Bhalekar, Vinay Rajaram Salvi and SJ Kulkarni in ‘Synthesis of Microcrystalline Cellulose from Raw Feed Stock – A Review’ aim to study various raw materials and methods for obtaining MCC from low-cost feed stock.
